Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as shown in attached Form of claims;
(However, the phrase “each rate of 20% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from February 21, 2006 to the date of full payment” in paragraph (4) is deemed to have been corrected as “each rate of 20% per annum from February 21, 2006 to September 30, 2015, and 15% per annum from the next day to the date of full payment” (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
