From around 14:00 to 14:30 on September 20, 2016, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire in the Epic room operated by the victim D of the second floor in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju; (b) expressed the victim’s desire to “Yewh kk,” and expressed the victim’s desire to “Ie this year?”; and (c) expressed the victim’s desire to move to customers, and (d) expressed the victim’s desire to take the victim’s desire to move to customers, thereby obstructing the victim’s inception operation by force.
