A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Around 18:50 on November 9, 2016, the Defendant: (a) drive a sealed truck as B, and (b) drive a two-lane road in front of the second apartment complex, Dongcheon-dong, Dongcheon-dong, Dongcheon-dong, with about 40K/h speed from the direction of the sports park to the second apartment complex of Hyundai Home-dong; (c) shall accurately operate brakes, steering wheels, and all other devices; (d) shall not drive at such a speed or method as may cause any danger or obstacle to others depending on the road traffic situation and the structure and performance of the vehicle; and (e) even though the Defendant was negligent in performing occupational duties to prevent accidents by driving the two-lane, the Defendant, while driving a two-lane from the two-lane road to the third-lane road; and (e) did not immediately stop the two-lane portion of the victim’s DM5 vehicle that was proceeding on the third-lane road to the third-lane road; and (e) did not cause any damage to the said passenger vehicle and stop the said 25-lane.

On November 9, 2016, the Defendant continued to turn to the left at the speed of about 40K/h of the two-laned road in front of the F store located in the G G (YYY) in G (YYY) in the Eastern East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East with a sign prohibiting to turn to the left at the face of the building by negligence, in violation of the above instructions, the Defendant met with the victim G (SY, KWS) driving on the front side of the above cargo vehicle in the East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East with approximately two weeks of the above cargo, and the victim G and the victim of the above vehicle in the East East East East East East East East East East East East East East East.
