Defendant
A is the representative director of the J (hereinafter referred to as the “J”) of the Korea Eastern Development Co., Ltd. Defendant B is a person who is in charge of overall control over the conclusion of supply contracts with customers such as power plants, etc., supply of goods under a contract concluded, management of company funds, etc., Defendant B is a person who works as the managing director of the J, and Defendant C is a person who was in charge of the quality division of the J, and Defendant D is a person who works as the head of the K headquarters’s power equipment team that belongs to the East West Development from around 2011.
