A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 16:00 on December 15, 2014, the Defendant damaged the property by finding out the above church entrance in a civil lawsuit between the victim E, who is a member of the D church in D church in D, which is in C, and the head of the above church, submitted a written statement unfavorable to the Defendant in the civil lawsuit between the Defendant and the F, who is the denial of the above church.
