Reasons
Punishment of the crime
At the same time, the defendant had been willing to operate C with D, and had the certificate, seal, etc. issued by D to the owner of D, and had the owner of D forged a document in his name without D's consent.
1. On May 24, 2012, the Defendant related to the crime of paying the construction cost on May 24, 2012 from the E representative F in the office of the said Co., Ltd. on May 24, 2012, promised to pay the amount of KRW 0 million per the account payable for the new construction of G sales facility in Gangwon-do by June 30, 2012 from the E representative F.

On May 30, 2012, the Defendant: (a) committed the crime of paying the construction cost on May 30, 2012 by the E Representative F from the E Representative F on May 30, 2012 at the office of the said Co., Ltd. office: “The construction cost is KRW 10 million; (b) Gangwon-do G sales facility construction cost is claimed to C and no objection is raised against the store; (c) the construction cost as claimed by the E Representative F on March 30, 2012 should be borne by H, the main owner of the construction; and (d) the date of preparation: “The date of May 30, 2012”: “C Representative D and E Representative F’s construction cost” is sent by e-mail and is installed at the place of transmission.
