1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 53,350,00 and 20% per annum from September 9, 1998 to December 31, 1998, and the following.

1. The facts alleged by the Plaintiff as the cause of the instant claim do not conflict between the parties, or can be acknowledged by adding the whole purport of the pleadings to the entries in the evidence Nos. 1 and 2.

(2) On July 2, 2020, the Defendant submitted a written objection on the same day as the original copy of the payment order, but did not submit any specific grounds for objection or written response as to the cause of the claim by the date of the closing of argument in the instant case. Meanwhile, according to the above facts found on July 2, 2020, the above payment order became final and conclusive for the co-debtor B and C in the instant payment order case, the Defendant is liable to pay the money indicated in the order to the Plaintiff.

3. The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
