According to the fact of recognition of liability, Defendant B and C are the drivers or holders of each Defendant vehicle, and the Defendant Company, as the insurer, is liable to compensate the Plaintiff, who is the owner of the Plaintiff vehicle, for physical damage caused by the instant accident.

(c) A driver of a vehicle who ordinarily engages in an intersection traffic control by signal signals, etc., in compliance with green light is sufficient when other vehicles are believed to comply with traffic regulations and to take appropriate measures to avoid collision.
