The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below is just in holding the defendants not guilty of the facts charged in the surrounding and conjunctive charges of this case on the grounds as stated in its holding, and there is no error in the misapprehension of legal principles as to the illegal solicitation in the crime of accepting a third party bribe or the crime of accepting a bribe, as alleged in the grounds of appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
