Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

When the defendant does not pay a fine, one hundred thousand won shall be converted into one day.

Punishment of the crime

Around March 6, 2016, the Defendant posted a letter “sale of CRM cards” on the Internet bulletin board at a soup, so called “Syna,” around March 6, 2016, the Defendant promised to deposit money with the victim B who reported and contacted the above letter as if it would normally sell the goods.

However, in fact, the defendant did not possess goods, and was thought to use the goods for the cost of living with money from the victim, so there was no intention or ability to sell the goods.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 30,00 from the national bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day, and by deceiving the victims in the same manner as the attached crime list, and received KRW 600,000 from the victims.

Around October 19, 2015, the Defendant stated that “The Defendant would send a black cover box if he/she sent KRW 1.70,000 won to the victim C, who reported and contacted the writing, using a computer,” which reads that “The Defendant would sell a black cover box.”

However, even if the defendant receives money from the victim, he did not have the intention or ability to sell the above diving to the victim.

As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 170,00 from the victim’s national bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and received KRW 883,00 in total eight times as indicated in the attached crime list.
