Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the representative of a C farm, who has a dog breeding facility (8 Dong, 392.25 square meters), a compost (52.8 cubic meters in cubic meters) and a compost storage facility (52.8 cubic meters in cubic meters in cubic meters/day), and obtained a report on installation of emission facilities to be reported, and is a person who raises his/her dog.

According to Article 46 (1) of the Waste Management Act, a person who recycles wastes, such as vegetable residues, into his/her own farmland by using them as composts, etc., shall be equipped with other facilities and equipment as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment and shall report to the Mayor/Do Governor. However, the defendant shall not file a report on waste recycling with the relevant administrative agency (a voice group) on the day of the inspection, while he/she has used them as food for any dog that is installed in the above C farm to raise dogs from 2008, which he/she purchased at around 2013, and used them as food for drinking to any dog that raises food wastes.
