The reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance for the acceptance of this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for the rejection of the plaintiff's testimony by Gap evidence Nos. 8 and 9 (including a serial number) and I as witness of the party to the trial, which are insufficient to recognize the plaintiff's assertion as additional evidence submitted at the court of first instance. Thus, this case is cited in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420

2. If so, all of the plaintiffs' claims in this case should be dismissed as they are without merit, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just in this conclusion, and the plaintiffs' appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
