A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

1. Around February 20, 2017, the Defendant involved in B vehicle: “Around February 20, 2017, the victim E want to purchase the D vehicle to be an employee of the D vehicle at the D Busan Busan Urban Improvement Project Center located in the Busan Urban Improvement Project Center, stating that “I wish to purchase the vehicle under the name of the victim E. However, in fact, the defendant used the B vehicle cost of KRW 13 million in lump sum by receiving payment from the private village or in lump sum, and had no intention or ability to make installment payments from the defendant with a debt of KRW 200 million or more.
The defendant obtained a 13 million won of the market price on the same day from the F subparagraph B vehicle, and caused the victim to pay the installments, and acquired the same amount.
2. Around April 22, 2018, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim E, “I will lend money to the victim E” at the Dongsan-dong, Busan Metropolitan Government.
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to repay his debt even if he borrowed money from the victim with a bad credit standing of 20 million won or more.
From April 22, 2018 to May 14, 2018, the Defendant acquired a total of KRW 4,4750,000 on 11 occasions, as shown in the attached crime list, including the transfer of KRW 1,250,00 from the same day to the G Association account.
around March 9, 2015, the Defendant: (a) purchased a vehicle under the name of the Defendant by applying the authorization of the Victim I and D motor vehicle to be suspended from office at D major agencies located in Busan Metropolitan Government H; and (b) agreed to transfer the name of the victim after one year from the time the victim purchased the vehicle to the victim; and (c) received KRW 29 million from the victim on March 11, 2015 and received the vehicle price of KRW 29 million from the victim.
