The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is that the defendant is the representative director D of the farming association corporation in the C of the C of the C.

No one shall sell foods, etc. which are likely to cause harm to human health by uncleanness or mixing them with other substances, or collect, manufacture, import, process, use, cook, store, subdivide, transport or display such foods, etc. for sale.

Nevertheless, from January 2014 to April 15, 23, 2015, the Defendant, from around 15:00 to April 23, 2015, kept in an influorous storage, such as D 19,00 gs., food raw materials built at the warehouse of the company, diapers 9,765 g., so as to not properly manage the total amount of 28,965 gs., e.g., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e., e.

Accordingly, the Defendant stored food raw materials in an indefinite manner for the purpose of sale.

2. According to the evidence adopted and examined by the court, including the witness E, F, and G’s respective legal statements, the Defendant is the representative director of the farming association D (hereinafter “the instant partnership corporation”) and G is the H stock company (hereinafter “instant company”). The instant partnership corporation was kept in the warehouse owned by the association members (hereinafter “the instant warehouse”). Around 2011, the instant partnership corporation leased the instant company a drying house, including the instant warehouse, and was kept in the instant warehouse.

D, as much as necessary while managing the instant company, the instant company entered into an agreement to pay to the instant partnership corporation by identifying the proceeds thereof. The instant company, in accordance with the agreement, intended to manage the instant warehouse in accordance with the aforementioned agreement, used the instant warehouse by selecting D, etc., and the key to the instant warehouse was possessed by the employees of the instant company and stored food raw materials in the instant warehouse in an indefinite manner. As such, the instant company conducted an investigation at an investigative agency or an administrative agency, or conducted such investigation.
