1. The Defendant, around 01:00 on March 20, 2017, performed drinking alcohol with friendly G and drinking alcohol from “F main points” located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the victim H (the victim’s 24 years old), and I am together with friend and drinking, from that time until around 06:30, transferred to the “J main points” located in the vicinity of Seoul Special Metropolitan City.
