1. The Defendant shall pay KRW 90,788,50 to the Plaintiff the annual interest rate of KRW 15% from October 21, 2016 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the evidence submitted by the Plaintiff, from July 6, 2016 to the purport of the entire pleadings.

8. Until June, 16, the Defendant supplied rice equivalent to KRW 151,680,000 in total to the Defendant, and it is recognized that only KRW 60,891,50 out of that amount was paid by the Defendant.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 90,788,500 (=151,680,000 - 60,891,500) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from October 21, 2016 to the day of full payment following the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order.

The plaintiff's claim shall be accepted with due reason.
