1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 96,975,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 25, 2018 to the day of complete payment.

1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;

(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act (the defendant only submitted a written objection to the delivery of the original copy of the instant payment order and the objection thereto, but did not appear on the date of pleading, and thus, the creditor is deemed to have led to the confession of all the plaintiff's allegations in accordance with Article 150(3) and (1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
