1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 62,00,000 and 5% per annum from June 9, 2013 to September 25, 2014.
Reasons
1. Occurrence of liability for damages;
A. The facts of recognition are as follows: (a) Defendant B was employed as the body part of Defendant B and engaged in the construction and manufacturing of lux, Changho Construction, and steel structure, etc.; (b) Defendant B felled into the floor centered on the troke, which was set up on the steel frame at approximately 5 meters high at the site of construction of G materials storage works in Yangsan-si F on June 8, 2013, while performing the work of installing the troke at the construction site of G materials storage works in Yangsan-si, a stock company located in the F on June 16:20, 2013; and (c) died of both sides of the troke at the center of the troke, which was set up in the direction of other directions; and (d) Defendant B fell into the center of the troke, which was turned back to the body of the troke and sent back to the Busan-si Busan District University Hospital.

B.
