A fine of two million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the above fine is not paid, one million won shall be converted into one day.

On April 13, 2015, the Defendant, without obtaining a driving license around 10:50 on April 13, 2015, operated the C Gawing-down truck at approximately 3 kilometers around the direct road located in the same city of peace in the vicinity of the B dwelling in Kimcheon-si.
