Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to divert farmland shall obtain permission from the Minister of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

Nevertheless, on April 2013, the Defendant did not obtain permission to divert farmland, constructed a concrete retaining wall without permission on the land on the land on Gangnam-si B owned by the Defendant, and diverted farmland by embling the adjoining land and the water level used on the pipe of the farmland.
