A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On December 12, 2008, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 700,000 from the Daejeon District Court to a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, and on November 22, 2010, a summary order of KRW 2.5 million was issued by the same court as a fine for the same crime.

On July 27, 2012, at around 23:35, the Defendant driven a car with approximately 100 meters at the distance from the front side of the sea sulfur restaurant located in the Daejeon Jung-gu Daejeon-dong to the front side of the said large building, while under the influence of alcohol of 0.131% of alcohol content.
