When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On July 4, 2007, the Defendant received a fine of two million won or more due to a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving) from the Changwon District Court’s Tongwon District Court’s branch on July 4, 2007, and on December 22, 2009, received a fine of two million won or more due to a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving) at the Changwon District Court’s branch branch on December 22, 2009.

However, at around 02:35 on April 3, 2016, the Defendant driven approximately 2.5 km-purd-pured-purd-pured-pured-pured-purg-car B from the front side of the Samwon-si's public parking lot located in the Eup located in the Changwon-si, Changwon-si to the front side of the furg-gu in the same Eup/Myeon.
