A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. On November 24, 2014, the Defendant driving a Dok-gu Dak-gu 10-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si 41-dong 7.3km-ri-si-ri-ri-ri-si-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si
2. On November 25, 2014, the Defendant: (a) on November 25, 2014, at the underground parking lot as indicated in paragraph (1) around 00:33, the Defendant: (b) while sitting in the driver’s seat of the said car and divinged; (c) upon receiving a report on a drunk driving, demanded a slope F to leave the vehicle to the Defendant; (d) on his/her hand, he/she saw F’s hand to be called “F’s hand; (d) he/she gets off his/her hand; and (e) Hah of the police station G zone located within the branch of the branch police station, who was called to be called to “Isk to go to go to the seat”; and (e) caused his/her shock to fall off, she was sprinking the flow of the H’s bridge by hand.
As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of F and H's report on drinking driving.

1. Of concurrent crimes, the former part of Article 37, Articles 38 (1) 2 and 50 of the Criminal Act;
1. Article 62(1) of the Criminal Act (see the following reasons for sentencing)
1. The reason for sentencing under Article 62-2 of the Social Service Order Criminal Act is that the defendant is driving under the influence of alcohol, and the police officers dispatched after receiving a report of drunk driving.
