Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person who drives B's vehicle franchisor.
On December 1, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 21:53 on December 21, 2016, and proceeded with a two-lane road in front of the apartment complex in the Busan Ma-gu Ma-dong, Busan Ma-dong, and a two-lane way from the high school to the white co, making it difficult for the Defendant to drive the vehicle at an insular speed.
Since the location is a U.S. prohibited zone, there was a duty of care to refrain from being engaged in driving service.
