Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2012, at around 21:50, the Defendant driven a water-related vehicle B under the influence of alcohol concentration of about 1.5 kilometers from the front road of the Korea National University at Ansan-si to the front day of the debrison-si in Ansan-si, with the influence of alcohol concentration of about 0.127%.
