Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[2] On September 5, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking), etc. at the Daegu District Court, and on October 25, 2013, issued a summary order of a fine of four million won for the same crime at the resident support district of the Daegu District Court, and on April 22, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of larceny of intrusion into a structure at night, and on January 20, 2015, the same court was sentenced to six months of imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act (dacting) and completed the said suspended sentence on January 21, 2015, and completed the execution of each of the said sentence at the same prison on March 19, 2016.
[Criminal facts]
1. Violation of traffic Acts on roads;
A. On December 2, 2017, around 06:29, the Defendant driven a Glearning car under the influence of alcohol content of about 2 km from the front of the D’s house, which is the land located in L, to the front of the “F restaurant” in E, to the road.
B. On March 5, 2018, from around 19:00 to around 21:30, the Defendant driven an Ira vehicle while under the influence of alcohol content of approximately 0.213% from the 2km section to the day before the Defendant’s house located in Hah-si Hah-si from the “cafeteria 15,” to the day before the Defendant’s house located in Hah-si Hah-si Hah-si.
2. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving the said vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license at the date, time, and place specified in Article 1-2(b).
3. On March 6, 2018, at the Defendant’s house located at H around door-to-door on March 6, 2018, the Defendant had a female living together to conceal the Defendant’s driving of drinking, who was on the day of drinking control, on which the said female was born the Defendant using his her own scen or a car.
By asking for statements, the J made a false statement, and the J made a false statement.
Therefore, the defendant is under the JJ of around 15:03 on March 16, 2018.
