The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. The Defendant is a director of the so-called ‘scopic nature' of the Bridges Association, and C is a teacher who attends the same church as the so-called ‘scopic side' of the Bridges Association, which is a leader of the Bridges Association.

On April 29, 2018, at around 08:45, the Defendant destroyed by removing two copies of the notice posted in order to inform the members of the event from the “satise D Buildings in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and on the bulletin board established in Gangnam-gu, the fiveth floor B of the distribution of the dividends to North Korea,” and two copies of the “Satise Fagdog Association” and “2 copies of the “2018 church school week love, clothes, and faging.”

In light of the following circumstances acknowledged by the record of judgment and the evidence duly adopted and investigated by the court, the Defendant’s act of removing four copies of the notice at the date and place indicated in the facts charged (hereinafter “instant notice”) was removed within the scope of the management authority as the chairman of the Gangwon Culture and Arts Facility Management Committee’s act of removing the instant notice posted without permission, and thus constitutes a justifiable act that does not violate social rules.

B. On July 6, 2003, in order to manage a consistent bulletin board, prevent voluntary advertisements, and maintain the clean church environment, the B church has prepared and implemented the "Guideline for Advertising Management". According to the above management guidelines, in order to post promotional materials, etc. on the dividend of the B church, the B church should first submit the relevant notice to the school affairs department in charge of the management of the B church's bulletin board to obtain approval from the relevant department, and the promotional materials, etc. posted without such approval shall be subject to removal.

B. Since then, B shall supplement the existing guidelines for the management of notices in around 2012, and set the procedures, requirements, etc. for posting various home newsletters, etc. on the distribution to which they belong, and the promotional materials according to the above guidelines.
