Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B

(a) A person who intends to engage in food entertainment business shall obtain permission from the Minister of Food and Drug Safety or a branch office of a Special Self-Governing Province or the head of a Si/Gun/Gu for each type of business or place of business as prescribed by

Nevertheless, the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the competent authorities, provided a general restaurant with the trade name “D” located on July 30, 2017, 1) around 01:20, 201: (a) around July 30, 2017; (b) provided customers with automatic singing sound equipment, such as having them drink and singing; and (c) continuously engaged in an unauthorized entertainment business by continuously providing them with automatic singing sound equipment from around 22:0 on August 22, 2017 to around 0:0 to 0:05 on August 23, 2017.

(b) No person shall drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services to customers by singing or dancing, or arrange such activities to other persons at a place where food entertainment business is conducted for profit;

A. (2) At the time and place specified in paragraph (1), four visitors, including customers F, were allowed to sit together with others, and provided visitors with alcohol.

Defendant A, as a general restaurant operator of the above “D,” Defendant A, who intends to run a general restaurant business, was equipped with facilities that meet the facility standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Prime Minister, but at the beginning of January, 2016, Defendant A violated this by acquiring automatic singing sound equipment by acquiring automatic singing-out music and sound equipment at the first floor of Suwon-si, Suwon-si, Suwon-si, and installing it in the restaurant room.
