Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 23:00 on May 17, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 23:00, in a restaurant with the trade name “D” operated by the victim C (LG-D70) located in Young-gu, Busan (hereinafter “D”); (b) 2 persons working and drinking out of the restaurant in the first place under the influence of alcohol; and (c) used the gap where the victim was able to watch and neglect the place in the restaurant, the Defendant stolen one packaging string in the first place with the victim’s smartphone (LG-D700) holding a 60,000 won at a single market price in the restaurant by using the gap where the victim’s smartphone (LG-D700) did not see at all.

2. At around 18:30 on May 27, 2013, the Defendant: (a) 18:30, the Defendant: (b) found the victim C to drink at the same place; and (c) formed a bad atmosphere with the victim, such as “I am going to use the cell phone in the city”, “I am to use the cell phone; (b) I am out of the mouth, and walked the door on the breast and on the bridge; and (c) I am into the victim, “I am not to use the cell phone by asking the cell phone,” and “I am to use the cell phone in his hand, I am to am. I am to am.”

Accordingly, it made intimidation such as making the victim feel fear of fear.
