1. The Plaintiff:

(a) Defendant A’s real estate listed in separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2;

B. Defendant B shall be in accordance with the attached list Nos. 3, 4, 4.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is a project implementer who carries out a “F waterfront development project” to build a new city by constructing a large-scale housing area and a commercial district in Gangseo-gu Busan Metropolitan City Cdong, Ddong, and Edong (hereinafter “instant project”).

On December 14, 2012, the Minister of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs completed a public announcement of designation of a waterfront in this case (Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs G) pursuant to the "Special Act on the Utilization of Waterfronts.

B. Defendant A occupies each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 1 and 2 located in the instant project zone, and Defendant B occupies each of the real estate listed in the separate sheet Nos. 3, 4, and 5 located in the instant project zone.

C. On December 1, 2017, the Plaintiff acquired real estate listed in attached Table No. 1 from the Republic of Korea as a public site through consultation, and completed the registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiff on April 3, 2018. On January 11, 2017, the Plaintiff acquired the real estate listed in attached Table No. 4 from H, and the real estate listed in attached Table No. 5 from H as a public site respectively, and completed each registration of ownership transfer in the name of the Plaintiff on February 6, 2017.

The Plaintiff filed an application for adjudication of expropriation with the Central Land Expropriation Committee on each real estate listed in attached Tables 2 and 3, and received a ruling of expropriation as of October 4, 2018 on the commencement date of expropriation on the real estate listed in attached Tables 2 and 2, and received a ruling of expropriation as of April 4, 2017 on the commencement date of expropriation on the real estate listed in attached Tables 2 and 3.

E. On October 4, 2018, the Plaintiff paid full compensation for losses for the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 3, and deposited full amount of compensation for the real estate listed in the separate sheet No. 2 as the Defendant A as the depositee with the Busan District Court Seobu Branch No. 1453, Oct. 4, 2018.

With respect to real estate listed in paragraph (3) of the attached Table 3, the plaintiff shall each be held in the name of the plaintiff on April 21, 2017, and with respect to real estate listed in paragraph (2) of the attached Table 2, on November 27, 2018.
