A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for fifteen years.

One ground for seizure (No. 4) shall be from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a foreigner of Kazakh's nationality, who entered the Republic of Korea around August 2, 2016 and resides in C, building C, 309, while living in the Republic of Korea on a daily basis.

On March 24, 2017, the Defendant: (a) on March 24, 2017, boarding a taxi on the boarding of the taxi platform near the doju Police Station located in the doju, and (b) on March 24, 2017.

After that, according to the victim's recommendation, the Defendant: (a) demanded the victim to have the victim engage in sexual intercourse with the young female and sexual traffic while making a hump with the victim, once entering the above entertainment shop; (b) while drinking together with the victim, the Defendant demanded the victim to have the sexual female and sexual traffic; (c) the victim stated to the effect that “I wish to be able to get a young female and sexual traffic,” and that “I want to be able to get a young female and sexual traffic,” and said, the Defendant was paid the drinking value and sexual traffic amount of KRW 250,00,000 from the Defendant, but did not have the Defendant

Accordingly, the Defendant used a foreigner as a foreigner in excess of the drinking value, caused the victim to think of disregarding himself/herself as a foreigner, and caused the victim to lose his/her ability to engage in commercial sex acts. On the same day, around 04:40 of the same day, the injured person entered the toilet in the above entertainment shop and was seated and was sitting down, and made a part of the victim's face as a drinking, and the victim was able to have his/her face.
