A shall be punished by a fine for negligence of KRW 2,000,000, and by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

Punishment of the crime

C, D, E, F, and G conspiredd from the beginning of December 2017 to April 27, 2018 in successive collusion with the third floor office in Daegu-gu H, the office of the third floor of the building in Daegu-gu H: (a) installed lock devices and CCTV at the entrance to restrict outside persons; (b) divided two rooms into gambling place and resting place; (c) prepare casino table chip, chair, gambling card, cash, and casino chip, etc.; and (d) employed the remaining employees with the remaining chip; and (e) entered in advance and issued the money paid by the customer; and (e) the person with the highest chip from 50 won to 10 chip in the form of betting in which the person with the highest chip was opened in the form of five chip in order by making the card number 2 and 5 chip on the floor of the building in the middle-gu H.

1. On April 26, 2018, from around 23:30 to April 27, 2018, Defendant A opened and opened a gambling place for profit-making purposes, Defendant A received money of KRW 270,000 to KRW 860,00,00 from the said gambling place, divided into two gambling cards to the customers who gambling, and aided and abetted Defendant A, etc. to commit the crime by facilitating the establishment of the gambling place by setting up the five card and assisting customers to engage in betting.

2. The Defendant’s gambling in Defendant B refers to a person who has the highest number or pattern of betting in a multiple times in a way of betting in a way of holding at least 5,00 won and chips in a successive manner according to the combinations between the two card and five card with a chip received from Dr by using the trum card at the time and place specified in paragraph (1).
