Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a person engaged in the operation of the B-to-pur vehicle.
On September 4, 2019, the Defendant driven the said car at around 12:00, and proceeded bypassing the D’s front intersection in the petition-gu C from the window of the windowri distance to the E-section.
