Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for two years and fine for 200,000 won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100.

Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment in the Chuncheon District Court due to night residence intrusion, larceny, etc., and on February 29, 2016, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence.

1. Special intimidation;

A. On August 1, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of August 1, 2016, up to 21:50 on August 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) called “the victim E (V, 47 years of age)” and called “the victim E (V, 302 and 509 years of age) to “I would bring money to her family house” and “I would die without having money”; and (b) laid the sick-in disease, which is a dangerous object, on the floor of the military room, threatened the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

B. On August 20, 2016, the Defendant threatened the victim by means of “H” operated by the Victim G (W, 62 years of age) in Chuncheon-si on August 20, 2016, with the victim’s statement that he would go to the house from the victim, and thereby making the statement that he would go to the house from the victim, and “I am to the human life,” which is a dangerous object in possession (25cm in length, 15cm in length).

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and threatened the victim.

C. The Defendant committed the crime committed on August 26, 2016, G at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (b) around August 26, 2016 by the victim G at around 21:00

8. Considering that the Defendant reported the crime of 20.20, the Defendant threatened the victim by using the words “nickly reported, Chewing,” and by using the 159.m in hand the support tree (159cm in length) of street trees, which are dangerous things between them, as well as by cutting down the restaurant floor.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim by using dangerous things.

2. Fraud;

A. On July 31, 2016, the Defendant committed the crime of August 1, 2016, committed the act as if he would pay a taxi fee at the entrance of the Fzyal Elementary School located in 40, Chuncheon-si, Fz., and said, the Defendant would be called as “Saecheon-gun K, Hongcheon-gun,” and the Defendant would be the victim.
