A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On May 13, 2020, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver's license at around 10:20 on May 13, 2020, operated the Egallon vehicle from around 4 km section to D before Jeju City.
