Punishment of the crime

On June 26, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 2 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on June 26, 2007, and a fine of KRW 3 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on January 16, 2008.

On May 4, 2014, at around 23:31, the Defendant driven approximately 200 meters of the eFstet other automobiles from the Hasan-dong to the ethro 50 sports park in the city of Ansan-si, the Defendant was under the influence of alcohol content of 0.094%.
