Punishment of the crime

At around 18:00 on June 21, 2016, the Defendant: (a) in front of “D Real Estate” located in Sanyang-gu, Sanyang-si, Sanyang-si, and (b) expressed a dispute with the victim E (the age of 46) with the said real estate office; and (c) expressed the victim’s desire to “Yan-gu,” which was a dangerous object on the said real estate, for the reason that the victim expressed himself/herself as “Yan-gu,” and (d) expressed his/her desire to “Yan-gu, Sanyang-gu, Sanyang-gu, Sanyang-si,” and expressed his/her desire to kill the breath of the said real estate, and threatened the victim with a dangerous object by threateninging the victim’s ship as a breath.
