1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 14, 2018 to the date of full payment.

Description of Claim

On March 4, 1998, the plaintiff paid the defendant's debt of KRW 40 million by subrogation. On the same day, the plaintiff agreed to pay the above amount of KRW 40 million by at least KRW 300,000 per month from April 1998, and the defendant agreed to lose the benefit of time when he delays payment for at least three months.

Therefore, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 14, 2018 to the day of full payment, which is obviously a day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case.
