1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 50,000,000 and the Defendants’ amounting to KRW 50,000 annually from March 28, 2015 to August 30, 2015.

1. On August 30, 2013, the Plaintiff indicated the claim and lent KRW 50,000,000 to Defendant A on August 30, 2015 under the joint and several sureties of Defendant B and C, with the maturity of payment on August 30, 2015; the rate of 9.5% per annum; and the delay rate of the agreement was 18.5% per annum; thus, the Plaintiff seeking reimbursement.
