A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who runs a wholesale and retail business of livestock products under the trade name of "C" in Yangsan-si B.

No person shall place any indication or advertisement different or exaggerated from the facts in relation to the names, manufacturing methods, ingredients, dietitians, raw materials, uses and quality of livestock products, packaging of livestock products, and processed livestock products traceability, and shall place any organic label or similar label (including any mark likely to mislead people to believe the relevant product is a certified product and any other mark in a foreign language or foreign language related thereto) on an uncertified product.

Nevertheless, from January 1, 2015 to November 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) distributed the total of KRW 231,135,753,766 out of the total amount of KRW 774,640,640, 181,365 purchased from E agricultural companies in Gyeyang-si; (b) distributed the total of KRW 231,135,753,766 out of KRW 10 and 15; (c) sold them to the outside of 10 and 15; and (d) sold them to the head of Si/Gun/Gu with 200,000,000 from around 1, 201 to around 10, 2018; and (d) reported to the head of Si/Gun/Gu or the head of Si/Gun/Gu 15,000,000,000 from around 4, 2017 to November 13, 2017.
