A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year and a fine of 600,000 won.

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a Bsch Rexroth car.

1. Around June 18:30, 2019, the Defendant was driving the relevant Bosch Rexroth car without obtaining a driver’s license in the direction of 0.076% alcohol level from the parking lot of Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the area near the building in Seocho-gu, Seoul at approximately 22km.

2. On June 18, 2019, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) driven the 4-lane road near the shooting distance in front of the D Building in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seoul, along the two-lanes, and driven the said Bosch Rexroth car.

On June 6, 2019, around 01:50 on the ground that the Defendant was arrested in flagrant offender for each of the crimes, such as the entries in paragraphs 1 and 2, at the parking lot of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam Police Station located in the Haguero 114-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and at the above police station parked in the above parking lot.
