Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 7,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:45 on April 1, 2014, the Defendant: (a) driven a Cpool truck with a blood alcohol level of 0.095%; (b) neglected to repair the Cpool City while driving a three-lane 885-lane road from the border of Bupyeong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City toward the side of the front side of the Bpool-gu along a single lane; (c) neglected to repair the said Bpool-si; (d) neglected to repair the said Bpool-si to the front side of the said Bpool cargo; (e) neglected to repair the said Bpool-si; and (e) ordered the Cpool to immediately stop the said Bpool-si with the traffic condition at the front of the said Bpool-si; and (e) caused the victims to have the said Bpool 1 stopped at the front of the said Bpool-si without being able to repair the said Bpool-si; and (e) ordered the victims to stop the said Bpool-si at the same time.
