A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On January 15, 2017, 14:55, the Defendant driven a C-wing truck without obtaining a driver’s license from around 6 km section from the front of the Defendant’s house located in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Jung-do, Jung-do to the front road.
