A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 7, 2013, the defendant was sentenced to a two-year suspended sentence for the crime of obstruction of performance of official duties by the Seoul Eastern District Court, which became final and conclusive on November 15, 2013, and is currently under suspended sentence.

1. Crimes committed in the Alley Park;

A. On June 21, 2015, at around 22:15, the Defendant’s insultd each victim C and victim D, who had been sitting in a bench without any justifiable reason, while being drunk by a large number of unspecified people on the pelvis park located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, 11-ro, 63, and were able to listen, thereby openly insulting the victims, by taking a bath to the effect that “I am in the same year of e-grassium, spaths, spaths, spaths, spaths, and spaths.”

B. Accordingly, the defendant committed violence against the victim as above, and damaged the property owned by the victim and harmed its utility.

2. 방이중학교 후문 앞길에서의 범행 피고인은 2015. 6. 21. 22:30경 서울 송파구 오금로 11길54에 있는 방이중학교 후문 앞길에서 112신고를 받고 출동한 서울송파경찰서 E지구대 소속 경찰관 F로부터 위 C 등에게 욕설을 하지 말라는 주의를 받자, 위 F에게“이 십새끼들, 이 개새끼 좆만한 새끼들. 하찮은 짭새 새끼들이 왜 보지 편을 들어. 쟤네들 창녀야. 보지 파는 년들이라고. 이 개새끼들아. 홀딱 벗겨서 좆대가리를 짤라버려, 이 개새끼들.”이라고 욕설을 하면서 주먹으로 위 F의 목 뒤를 1회 내리쳤다.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the above F, a police officer, and interfered with his legitimate execution of duties concerning the handling of 112 reported cases.
