Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 23, 2014, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 5 million to the Jeju District Court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), and on May 27, 2016, a summary order of KRW 4 million to the same court for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving), respectively. On June 1, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of KRW 8 months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 9, 2017.

1. On July 4, 2016, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol at around 00:45 on July 4, 2016, driving a vehicle at approximately 500 meters from the 50-meter section to the road near the original shooting distance, which is linked to Jeju City, without obtaining a driver’s license, for the vehicle at KRW 0.243% under the influence of alcohol during blood.

2. On July 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) while under the influence of alcohol on blood around 01:34, the Defendant driven a vehicle from approximately 500 meters to the front of the road in the CU v. of the Republic of Korea located in the Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si without obtaining a driver’s license; (b) while under the influence of alcohol content of at least 0.169%, the Defendant driven a vehicle for B observerma from the 500-meter section to the front of the road.

3. On February 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) driven a B observer car not covered by mandatory insurance at approximately 2 km section from the Defendant’s home located in Seogpo City C to the road near the 3101st day of Seogpo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si; (b) on February 13, 2017.
