Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the driver of the freight truck B.

On June 18, 2015, the Defendant driven the above cargo vehicle on June 13:15, 2015, and led to the two-lane road in front of the 2nd vice-dong in the Yancheon-si, Seocheon-si, Seocheon-do, to a speed of about 77.4 km from the boundary of the new zone to the intersection of the Gangnam Central Intersection.
