The judgment below

Examining the reasoning in light of the evidence duly admitted by the court below, the court below reversed the judgment of the court of first instance which acquitted the defendant on the ground that the charge of this case (excluding the acquittal portion) was found guilty, and it is just to reverse the judgment of the court of first instance, and there is no violation of logical and empirical rules and the principle of free evaluation of evidence.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
