Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is a person who drives a Grand Co., Ltd. as his duties.
On 19:30 on 23, 2012, the Defendant came to turn to the left at a speed of about 20 kilometers from the her constitution towards the visual tower at a speed of about 19:20 kilometers from the direction of the visible-gu, Ulsan-gu.
At all times, there was a crosswalk without signal lights.
