Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10 million.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On October 22, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for the crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's Dong branch branch court, and the summary order of KRW 4 million for the same crime in the same court on May 2, 2014.

Although the Defendant had been punished twice or more as above, on March 26, 2019, around 03:30 on the roads near the C District located in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, and up to the Emina road located in D in the Busan Jin-gu, Busan, the Defendant driven a Fuland of Fuland with an alcohol level of about 0.133% under the influence of alcohol level from around 600 meters to the Emina road located in D in the Busan Jin-gu.
