Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is the owner of a two-wheeled vehicle with no registered substitute forest, dedele, 100c.

On July 25, 2016, the Defendant driven the said two-wheeled automobile not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of about 300 meters from the front side of the Yannam University located in the Seoul Special Self-Governing Province, 0.143% alcohol level among the blood alcohol level around 02:25, the Defendant used the said two-wheeled automobile not covered by mandatory insurance at a section of about 300 meters from the front side of the Yannam University located in the Seoul Special Self-Governing Province.
